I’m Isabelle Thomas, a chef, photographer, and creative based in South Florida.

My work has always lived somewhere between food, art, hospitality, and storytelling. I have a background in fashion and graphic design, and over the years I’ve worked across specialty coffee, hospitality, private events, and the culinary world. Each experience has shaped the way I create today — with a strong eye for detail, a love of beautiful things, and an even stronger belief that the best experiences should feel genuine.

Cooking has always been about more than the food for me. I love the process of bringing people together around a table — choosing the ingredients, building a menu, creating the atmosphere, and watching everything come together. My cooking draws inspiration from my Croatian roots, Mediterranean flavors, and the vibrant influence of my Haitian heritage, while leaving plenty of room for curiosity and experimentation.

Photography became another way for me to tell stories. I’m drawn to people, food, texture, movement, and those small moments that can easily go unnoticed. Whether I'm photographing a person, a plate of food, or an entire gathering, I look for images that feel alive rather than overly produced.

Today, I bring these worlds together through private dining, catering, and photography — creating experiences and images that are thoughtful, personal, and full of character.

I’m interested in the details that make something memorable: good food, beautiful light, a table full of people, a great conversation, and the feeling of being completely present in a moment.
